It is super easy to make, just sautée all the veggies, add your broth, throw them in a blender and voila! My kitchen smelled absolutely incredible while cooking this soup. I made it the day before, refrigerated it, and it easily heated back up on the stove the next day. I made the recipe as is, without the garnish and it was a perfect starter soup.
