Our Approach
The goal of Athlete's Mechanic is to change your perspective of what ‘physical therapy’ is, by providing top of the line care. For this reason, every client session is completely one-on-one, with your doctor of physical therapy. This one-on-one approach allows us to specifically customize each session with our clients, so that you are getting the best value of time, money, and experience. This approach helps us get our clients feeling better quickly, and in fewer, high quality visits. In your sessions, we will provide the hands on approach that you need with manual therapy techniques, and teach you exercises to easily do at home to maintain the gains you are making. We believe in empowering our patients with the knowledge needed to not only take away pain, but to keep in gone as you get back to or continue to do that activities you love to do. When you walk through our door, you will receive the attention that you deserve.
If your goal is to stay healthy and active—and be treated as a person, not a number—you’ve found the right practice. With a heart for healthy living, Athlete’s Mechanic provides holistic solutions for active lifestyles.
